“Understanding is a crime against creation.”

Not because learning is wrong, but because the moment we believe we have completely understood something, we stop experiencing it.

The mind wants to name, define and explain everything. But life is alive. It is constantly moving, changing and becoming.

You can understand the chemistry of water, but that is different from feeling rain on your skin.

You can study love, but that is different from loving.

You can define stillness, but that is different from becoming still.

Our explanations may point toward reality, but they can never contain its fullness.

Let understanding support your experience without replacing it.

Creation is not always asking to be solved.

Sometimes life just is.

And sometimes our only work is to be here for it.

Stop outsourcing your happiness.

We spend so much of our lives believing the next person, relationship, experience, achievement, or possession will finally make us feel whole.

When they love me the way I need…
When they choose me…
When I have enough money…
When my life finally looks the way I imagined…

Then I’ll be happy.

Brahmacharya asks us to turn that energy inward.

In yogic philosophy, Brahmacharya is often associated with moderation, restraint, and the conscious direction of our life-force energy.

It asks:

Where am I giving my energy away in search of something I could begin cultivating within myself?

There is nothing wrong with loving deeply, enjoying life, or experiencing pleasure.

The practice is remembering that another person was never meant to be the sole source of your joy.

Love them.
Enjoy them.
Appreciate them.

But don’t hand them the responsibility of making you whole.

The more we stop chasing fulfillment outside ourselves, the more energy becomes available to actually experience the life already within us.

Brahmacharya is not about denying yourself joy.
It is about remembering where joy begins.

Within. 🕉️

Śraddhā श्रद्धा

Śraddhā is more than faith. It is the quiet trust that keeps you walking when you cannot yet see where the path leads.

It is believing that what is meant for you will not require you to abandon yourself. It is honoring the voice within, even when others do not understand your choices.

Sometimes faith is not waiting for someone else to choose you.

Sometimes Śraddhā is choosing yourself, trusting your inner wisdom, and believing that the life ahead of you can hold more peace than the life you are afraid to leave behind.

Trust what your soul already knows.

FULL MOON IN ARIES
September 26, 2026

Tomorrow’s Full Moon illuminates the tension between choosing yourself and maintaining your relationships.

Aries represents identity, courage, independence and the instinct to act. Opposite the Libra Sun, this moon reveals where we have sacrificed our truth to avoid conflict, abandoned our needs to keep others comfortable or confused peace with self-betrayal.

This is not permission to destroy everything in the heat of emotion. It is an invitation to become honest about what can no longer continue as it has.

Where are you exhausted from defending yourself?

Where have you made yourself smaller to remain accepted?

What relationship, role or pattern requires a stronger boundary?

Full moons bring culmination and illumination. Something may finally become too clear to ignore. Let what is revealed guide you toward courageous action, not impulsive reaction.

You do not need to fight everyone to choose yourself.
You only need to stop fighting your own truth.

The third eye is not about escaping reality. It is about seeing reality without the distortion of fear, attachment and conditioning.

Ajna Chakra is often translated as the “command center” or “monitoring center.” In the ta***ic yogic tradition, it is the inner point where ida, pingala and sushumna meet, allowing opposing forces to merge into one stream of awareness.

Ajna is associated with intuition, concentration, discernment and the witnessing mind. It is the part of consciousness that can observe our thoughts, emotions and reactions without becoming completely consumed by them.

Its symbolism carries layers of meaning:

🪷 The two petals represent ida and pingala, moon and sun, receptivity and action.

⭕ The circle represents shoonya, the spacious inner void beyond ordinary thought.

🔻 The inverted triangle symbolizes Shakti, creativity and manifestation.

🕉 Om and bindu represent the subtle origin and dissolution of sound.

🔥 The black shivalingam represents a more clearly defined awareness of “what I am.”

Ajna is also called the eye of intuition, the eye of knowledge and the eye of Shiva. But its awakening is not proven by visions, predictions or psychic experiences. The deeper sign is clearer perception.

You begin to recognize projection before calling it intuition.
You notice attachment before calling it love.
You see fear before allowing it to become truth.
You participate fully in life while remaining the witness within it.

To awaken Ajna is not merely to see beyond the physical world. It is to see through the illusions within your own mind.

Sometimes suffering begins not with what is happening, but with what we believe is happening.

In yoga, Avidyā means a lack of clear awareness. It is the first and deepest of the kleśas, or mental afflictions, because it clouds the way we see ourselves, others, and the world.

Imagine your awareness as a window. Over time, fear, painful experiences, rigid beliefs, and unconscious habits leave dust upon the glass. Eventually, we stop seeing life as it truly is and begin seeing everything through what has wounded us.

We mistake fear for intuition.
We mistake our thoughts for truth.
We mistake the changing world for the source of our identity and worth.

But the light within us has never disappeared. It has only been obscured.

Through self-study, meditation, conscious living, devoted practice, and viveka, or clear discernment, we slowly clean the window. As awareness grows, ignorance loses its hold, allowing us to respond to life with greater truth, openness, and compassion.

Healing is not becoming someone new. It is clearing away what prevents you from seeing the light that has always been within you.

Isvara Pranidhana is one of the Niyamas and it teaches us to have faith in something unknown. Isvara means Divine and Pranidhana means surrender.

Surrender to the divine.

This can be practiced in many different ways; having trust, gratitude, doing a daily sadhana practice, repeating a sacred mantra, accepting what cannot be changed, releasing attachment to the outcomes etc.

Isvara Pranidhana cannot happen if doubt is present. Especially doubt within yourself. This makes faith impossible.

“Action based on inspiration and not bound by expectation, is truly free.”

What is Bindu Chakra? 🌙

Bindu means “point” or “drop,” while Visarga means “release” or “flowing forth.” Bindu Visarga is described as a subtle center near the upper back of the head. It is not always counted among the seven primary chakras because it is not traditionally represented as a lotus with petals. Instead, it is understood as a tiny point where consciousness condenses into individual existence and where creation emerges from silence.

Its symbol is a white drop above a crescent moon, also seen at the top of the sacred Om symbol. The crescent represents lunar energy, receptivity, intuition, and the hidden fullness of consciousness. The white drop represents nāda, the primordial vibration, and amṛta, the subtle nectar of immortality.

In Kundalini tradition, Bindu is closely connected to Sahasrāra above it and Viśuddha below it. Amṛta is said to descend from Bindu and collect at Lalana Chakra near the soft palate. Viśuddha then acts as a center of purification, allowing this nectar to be preserved and spiritually assimilated instead of falling toward the digestive fire of Maṇipūra.

Practices associated with Bindu include Bhrāmarī Prāṇāyāma, meditation upon inner sound, gentle Khecarī Mudrā, Ujjāyī, Jālandhara Bandha, and Viparīta Karaṇī. These practices are traditionally used to quiet the mind, refine awareness, and redirect prāṇa toward the higher centers.

To gently connect with Bindu, hum softly with Bhrāmarī, rest your tongue against the upper palate, and focus on the upper back of your head. Visualize a cool white drop flowing into your throat, heart, and entire body.

Amṛta and Bindu belong to yoga’s traditional subtle-body teachings rather than scientifically established anatomy. Advanced locks, inversions, and breath retention should be learned with an experienced teacher.
