Meet Kelly Fletcher

Kelly Fletcher, AGACNP, FMAC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and Functional Medicine practitioner who believes healthcare should be personal, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the whole person.

Through her work at Cascade Vitality Center, Kelly helps women navigate hormonal changes, weight management, fatigue, inflammation, and other challenges that can affect how they feel in their everyday lives. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with functional health strategies, education, lifestyle support, and a focus on finding the root of what’s going on.

Kelly’s passion is helping women feel heard, understand their bodies, and find a path toward feeling more like themselves again.

We’re so grateful to have Kelly as part of The Elemental Collective — a community of providers who believe that when we support each other, we create more space for our clients and our communities to thrive.

Why We Exist

You chose this work because you wanted to help people.
But somewhere between caring for others, documentation, endless responsibilities, growing a practice, and trying to maintain your own life...

It's easy to begin feeling isolated.

It's easy to pour from an empty cup.

Too many helping professionals are expected to carry everyone else's burdens while having few places to set down their own.

We believe there is a better way.

The Elemental Collective was created because we believe that healthy providers create healthier communities.

We believe connection protects against burnout.
We believe collaboration leads to better care.
We believe providers deserve support just as much as the people they serve.

This isn't just about sharing office space.

+ being a mom, wife, and roomate..

I am so grateful for the opportunity to rest by the ocean with great music & company. 🌊🥁

I dont think things are going to slow down anytime soon-it is important to make time to fill my own cup.
