🎉 Birthday workout at True Fitness! 💪

Today we celebrated Richard’s birthday during our Men’s Fitness Small Group, and of course… we had to make him work for it! 😂

Since he’s been blessed to see 43 years, his birthday challenge was to finish the workout with 43 reps! 🔥

We love celebrating birthdays at True Fitness, but we like to do it a little differently around here. No cake and candles needed — just good people, hard work, a few laughs, and a challenge to remember! 💪
