Join me for a sound bath designed for deep relaxation, mindful presence and quiet reflection. We'll gather in a beautiful, expansive space where you can settle in, breathe and let the world fall away for a while. Bring a mat/blanket for comfort ~ chairs are also available if that is your preferred way to rest. A gentle reset, I needed exhale, a moment just for you!

Today felt like watching the future light up.
I attuned four children to Reiki and their energy was so pure, bright and open - like watching little lanterns light up - a tradition of healing that will carry them forward in ways they don't even know yet.
On a day honoring Indigenous People's, their attunement felt like a blessing to the beautiful land and sacred ancestors.
