Are you at risk of losing your Medicaid coverage? COI is here for you. Our free medical clinics provide primary and acute medical care three days a week to uninsured and under-insured community members.

Our clinics take place Monday and Friday mornings from 8 to 10 AM and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 PM at 865 NW Reiman Ave in Corvallis, OR. Our volunteer medical professionals are here to make sure you get the care you need!

We are sad to announce that our flu shot clinic, originally scheduled for November 4th, has been canceled. If you are still looking for the vaccine, don't worry — this was not your only opportunity in our community to get your flu shot. The providers at our weekly medical clinics can not only address your primary and acute medical needs, but can also steer you toward another no-cost flu shot to keep you protected this holiday season!

Our clients and staff are so appreciative of all their hard work spreading bark outside and giving a few of our rooms a fresh coat of paint. Have you gotten your flu shot yet? COI will be offering FREE flu vaccines to uninsured community members on Wednesday, November 4th from 4-6 PM! Vaccine quantity will be based on expected attendance, so call us at (541) 758-3000, extension 110, to RSVP. Only community members without insurance are eligible for this vaccine clinic.
