Our new Behind the Lids sweatshirts have officially arrived! And guess what? The voting ended in a TIE! So naturally… we made BOTH! 🤍

✨ REGULATED-ish.
Because hey, we’re all a work in progress. 😉

✨ Trust the Process
A little reminder to surrender, breathe, and trust the journey.

We had so much fun letting our BTL community help choose these designs, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

They’re cozy, they’re cute, and they’re officially available at the studio!

Come grab your favorite… or maybe one of each! 😉

Which one are you loving most? 💛

✨ THREE powerful experiences. ONE extraordinary evening. ✨

Some experiences are hard to put into words. You simply have to FEEL them. 💫

POWER OF 3 brings together three incredible facilitators for an immersive evening of sacred ceremony, emotional release, sound healing, and energetic transformation.

🤎 SACRED CACAO CEREMONY with Roxana “Akal” Rosas. Rooted in her own lineage and traditions, Akal brings a beautiful authenticity and reverence to this heart-opening ceremony. It’s something truly special to experience.

🌬️ ACTIVATING BREATHWORK with Mandy Adams. An immersive journey inward using conscious connected breathing to release, move energy, and reconnect with yourself.

✨ IMMERSIVE SOUND HEALING & INTEGRATION with Billy Pinkerton. Surrender into a rich tapestry of healing sounds, from the deep, earthy vibrations of the didgeridoo to an ever-changing blend of sacred instruments. Allow the experience to guide you into deep relaxation, integration, and restoration following your breathwork journey.

And the magic doesn’t stop there...

Throughout the evening, all three facilitators move through the room offering personalized energy work, tuning forks, and energetic clearing.

Open your heart. Release what no longer serves you. Integrate and restore.

Three facilitators. Three powerful modalities. One unforgettable journey. 💛

Come experience the magic for yourself!

A little creativity, a little magic, and a whole lot of beautiful energy! 🪶✨

Yesterday’s Feather Smudge Wand Workshop at Behind the Lids was such a special afternoon!

From choosing feathers and crystals to bringing their own unique creations to life, everyone poured a little piece of themselves into their wands. And just LOOK at how gorgeous they turned out! 😍

There’s something so special about gathering together, creating with our hands, sharing stories, laughing, and connecting with like-minded souls.

Community is everything. And creating spaces where people can come together, find their tribe, and simply enjoy being themselves is at the heart of what we do at Behind the Lids.

A huge thank you to Crystal for guiding this beautiful workshop and to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon so wonderful!

We loved this so much, we’re already dreaming about doing it again! ✨
