Did you know we offer cupping therapy? 👀

Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to release muscle tension, encourage circulation, and promote relaxation.

Some potential benefits of cupping include:
- Reduced muscle tightness and tension
- Relief from aches and discomfort
- Improved flexibility and mobility
- Increased local blood flow
- Relaxation and muscle recovery

You may notice circular marks after your session, but don't worry! These are common, temporary, and typically fade within a few days. Some marks may appear darker than others, which can be indicative of restricted blood flow, increased tension and a build-up of toxins.

Whether you're dealing with stubborn muscle tension or just looking to give your body a little extra TLC, this can be a great addition to your treatment!

October is National Physical Therapy Month 💪🏋️‍♀️

This month, we want to give a special shoutout to all the amazing physical therapists who work hard every day to help people move better, regain strength, recover from injuries, and get back to doing the things they love!

At Aligned, we believe in the importance of working together as healthcare professionals to support the health and well-being of those in our community and surrounding areas. Dr. Felicia has had the pleasure of collaborating with several local physical therapists and is grateful for the expertise, knowledge, and dedication they bring to patient care.
