For several years, Frontier Family Pharmacy and Frontier Home Medical have looked forward to hosting our annual Fall Festival each October. It has become a tradition we love and one of our favorite opportunities to bring our community together for an evening of food, games, hayrack rides, music and fun.

This year, we’ve decided to do things a little differently.

As many of you know, Ben Ide was recently diagnosed with medulloblastoma and is currently receiving treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A benefit for Ben and his family is being held October 1st in downtown Cozad hosted by Rivet Design Co, and this year, that is where we want to put our support.

Because of that, Frontier Family Pharmacy and Frontier Home Medical have decided to take this year off from our Fall Festival and instead encourage our community to come together for Ben and the entire Ide family.
If there is one thing we know about this community, it’s that when one of our own needs us, we show up. We hope you’ll join Rivet Design Co on October 1st for a meal, live music, kids’ activities and, most importantly, an opportunity to surround this family with the love and support of their community.

Let’s show up BIG for Ben.

Last Tuesday our guest speaker presented by Claire Berreckman was Katie Sturgeon who with her husband Tyler Sturgeon own Frontier Family Pharmacy in Cozad. They renovated the old car wash and it became a walk in or drive thru pharmacy! Tyler and his staff work with the community to help them understand their medications, make it easier for them to remember to take their medication timely and correctly. Tyler and Katie are very involved in the community as well as hometown grown! They also own a pharmacy in Broken Bow. They have been back in our community for 13 years. Thank you Katie for coming to Rotary, and thank you and Tyler for being a part of our community!
