Advanced Home Health and Hospice is a privately owned and operated home health and hospice agency located in Western PA, servicing Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. We provide a wide variety of services through our dedicated, highly trained and experienced staff. Physical Therapy Month Spotlight ✨

Meet David Prezioso, PT! With 28 years of experience in physical therapy, David brings a strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, and golf performance to his work in home health. His favorite part of the job? Empowering patients to regain their independence!

A Penn State graduate in athletic training and Chatham University graduate in physical therapy, David found his way into home health thanks to a patient who encouraged him to give it a try, and the rest is history.

Outside of work, David enjoys golfing with his sons, exploring Pittsburgh’s bakeries and pizzerias with his children, and cooking Italian and Asian cuisine. He’s also working toward two goals: becoming fluent in Italian and breaking 80 on the golf course!

Thank you, David, for your dedication and the difference you make in your patients’ lives. 💙

Physical Therapy Month Spotlight ✨

Meet Kate Collins, PT! Kate has been part of the Advanced team for over 8 years! She began her career in outpatient physical therapy before discovering her passion for home health. Her favorite part of the job is helping patients reach their goals, improve their mobility, and get back to the activities they love.

Kate knew she wanted to become a physical therapist from a young age and enjoys making a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives. Outside of work, she loves running, hiking, mountain biking, reading, traveling, and spending time in nature with her kids.

We had a wonderful time attending Autumn Fest at Beaver Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center! 🍂🎃

Community members came together to enjoy a night of face painting, delicious fall treats, and plenty of seasonal fun. Katelyn and Alli, two of our clinicians, helped make the day even more special by joining in on the fun! Thank you for hosting this great event!

Residents had a great time at our auction at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin! They had the opportunity to bid on a variety of items and enjoy the excitement of the auction with our Community Liaison, Jon. It was a fun afternoon filled with friendly competition and prizes!
