Micro Greens.
We had a few requests to grow these during the off season.
This summer we had Sunflower, Broccoli, and Radish. Many more options are available include spices.
I am checking to see if there is enough interest to grow these during the off season. If you would want to make the trip out to the garden to pick up your orders, please let me know.

It takes a little longer to set up in the dark. As a result I didn’t get a picture of the booth. It was full but about all I have left are-peppers.
Great news if you want pickle or make relish. I have a special on them.
