Say hi to Josh Zitomer, the newest trainer at Padel United 👋

His resume is genuinely wild. A degree in Sports Medicine, national certifications, two chest-to-ground burpee world records, a Quintuple Ironman (yes, a 12-mile swim, 560-mile bike, and 131-mile run), and three finishes at the Spartan Death Race, which only 10 to 12% of people finish 🔥

Josh’s whole approach is client-first: your goals lead, he builds the path, and he’s genuinely in your corner the whole way. Whether you want to get stronger, move better, or add power to your padel game, he’s the one to get you there.

Played tennis, pickleball, or squash before? then you may have noticed some things are a bit different when it comes to playing padel.

Coach Martin Ayala breaks down one of the biggest adjustments: it’s still all in the wrist, but not the way you think. The trick is keeping it firm at the moment you make contact.

Small change, big difference. For more pro pointers, keep an eye out for our tip of the week series! 👀
