We are so incredibly honored to have been part of the 6th annual Wellness Connected Festival, in Big Bear, CA.

We hosted a beautiful Breathwork workshop on Sunday afternoon, sharing our knowledge and gifts on how you can heal yourself from stress, trauma and emotional wounding, all through the power of breath. 🫁

Thank you to everyone who came out to learn, connect and grow with us at the festival. We had such a fun time! 🙏🥰🫶
