We’re often so busy holding space for others — family, clients, coworkers — that we forget to hold it for ourselves.

✨ Holding space for yourself means pausing long enough to listen — not to fix or push, but to simply be with what’s true for you right now.

Healing Touch teaches us that energetic balance begins with presence. When you make space to check in with your own energy, you realign with what truly serves your wellbeing. 🌿

💭 What’s one gentle way you can hold space for yourself today?
