Pennsylvania trike riders — the law is on your side, in writing. 📜

PA defines an e-bike as a "pedalcycle with electric assist" with two OR three wheels — so a compliant electric trike is explicitly covered. No gray area.

What that means:
✅ No driver's license, registration, or insurance
✅ Ride roads and bike lanes like a bicycle
✅ Riders 16 and older
