🗣PSA: I am no longer taking new massage clients at this time!

I just did something wildly uncomfortable that feels so, SO GOOD ... Let's talk about it!

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for going on 9 years now.

I left the rat race, not sure what do or where to go, but for the first time I listened to the whispers of the universe and they led me to Cortiva: Massage & Bodywork school.

Massage Therapy gave me SO much more than a new career, it brought me to my life's calling and to a space I had been silently praying for, for years!

Massage Therapy led me to community with like minded people, in led me to healing, to therapy and it introduced me to boundaries and to nervous system regulation.

Massage led me to meditation, to reiki and to a broader view of mind, body and soul. ✨️

Little did I realize at the time that massage was just the first intial Crack in the dam that would eventually crumble, allowing the true flow of my medicine to pour through. 🌊

It started with school, which kickstarted my healing journey and introduced me to spirituality. For the first time, I had found true faith and connection to spirit.

This then led to learning reiki, and eventually business where I was forced to face a lot of tough things about myself.

This is where I began removing the mask even further, where I was faced with my deep seeded insecurities & traumas, where I had to learn to strengthen my new found boundaries and where I had to make really tough decisions around people who were with me in business that I was no longer aligned with. This is where burnout unfortunately found me again, as at the time I only knew one way of doing business, and that was by over pouring from myself.

I have spent years unlearning and relearning endless things, from childhood to business and everything is between.

So, here is my thank you letter to Massage Therapy. You were my first love in this journey. You taught me so much, and you will always be with me.

And now, I am choosing to create space to be able to step out into the world to share my unique medicine fully and wholeheartedly.

Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for me ❤️‍🔥🙏

✨️Real life, real time share.

Making business calls on the couch, in my bra and shorts. Crying happy tears, smearing yesterday's makeup bc I still need to shower today.

I love working for myself. I love my life, and the life I continue to build for myself, my family and my community. Im grateful to Creator & to Mother Earth for all that I have and I am grateful to myself for doing the hard work. For showing up even when its challenging and scary. For not giving up on my dreams and for not letting others' opinions and judgements stop me from trying.

I put work in every single day, and my Goddess is it worth it! 🥰🙌

I wanted to share a message I channeled for a family member yesterday as it is about the very essence of life that many of us endure on a regular basis.

"I know it can feel frustrating. I know it can feel exhausting at times. I know there are parts of you that want to resist the feelings of it all. Its okay, honor those parts of yourself that are avoiding, afraid and scared. And each time you choose to stand up, remember the (wo)man you are and give space to the wounded child within you step deeper into your power.

Notice the pattern of resistance before each change/transition happens. Giggle with it! Then embrace it and allow yourself to come out the other end lighter, brighter and wiser. ❤️‍🔥

You will always be walking through another layer, deepening into yourself and life's teachings. As you consciously choose to continue forward you will inevitably reach new parts of yourself the deeper you journey.

That is ever flowing spiral of life, baby 🌀✨️"
