you don’t need anyone else to give you the greenlight.. you don’t need anyone else’s approval…

One thing I’ve been seeing posted a lot is, “as a free bird. It’s very important you don’t take advice from caged birds.”

and that message has been ringing loud and clear in my ears..

you are the only green light you need, allow yourself to be the free bird.

look for the people the ‘caged birds’ call crazy when you’re ready to embrace you’re authentic self 💚

because a lot of times that judgment comes from a place of lack..

a lack of understanding of what it’s like to live free.. to live brightly as your authentic self.. regardless of who calls you fu***ng crazy

they say if the path is too easy… you’re not on the right one 😂

sometimes it may feel like climbing a mountain, but once you get to the ‘view’ you don’t regret it 😉

sometimes it’s worth pushing past your comfort level, because change doesn’t usually arrive in the comfort zone..

and i’m not saying push yourself physically on a flare day…

or continue to push on a door that’s not meant to open..

but find your best balance.. find your sweet spot.. the one that’s right for your body and soul..

where you know when to pivot and when to push..

where you know when to rest and when to resume..

and remember your balance doesn’t and shouldn’t look like anyone else ☯️

wow..! i don’t know what i was expecting… BUT WHAT A MAGICAL ASS EXPERIENCE!!!

the wild turkey mine in valley WA might have been one of the most magical places we’ve been to in this adventure…

and when they say on their website, there’s plenty of rocks for everyone they do not lie lol!

as I came into this, I was not sure what to expect… I was not sure how I felt about removing earth.. yet the more I researched before arriving, the more I knew we were meant to spread this stone around the country and hopefully world..

it was a true honor and blessing to simply lay in the piles of beautiful vibrant green stone and earth.. and listen.. and feel.. and immerse myself in the love and wisdom that Gaia provided 💚

regardless of how many other people were there I truly made this the experience it was meant to be..

and I am more than excited to share these beautiful crystals and the immaculate energy they carry

the piece that truly got me about healerite aka noble serpentine when researching was this; “When you travel with Healerite or consciously place pieces of it in different geographic areas, it acts as a planetary anchor. The belief is that it taps into the Earth’s inter-dimensional energetic grid to help shift collective consciousness toward peace, emotional renewal, and wholeness”

so again.. incredibly excited to share these pieces and spread them as anchors as far as I can 💚

one last opportunity to explore the wild turkey mines in Valley WA

i’ve gone back-and-forth with myself if it’s appropriate to go mine rocks from the Earth.. for.. I do not want to feel I am taking from her..

so today i pack her offerings and head off to the days excursion..

miles of noble serpentine awaiting.. all has sat out in the new moon on the 10/10 portal yesterday..

and today i shall go ask the earth for some..

venus retrograde combined with the state of the world may be slighty kicking my ass.. anyone else? 😂

yesterday i think totaled in about 4 brief meltdowns.. 🌊🤦‍♀️😆

it’s okay to have a meltdown as long as you find your way back eventually 💕💚✨

it’s about honoring what your body needs in the moment.. even if in that moment it is a full on adult tantrum

today is not about new beginnings.. but rather about review and renewal ⚖️✨

noticing where you may have given too many spoons without reciprocation..

noticing what scenarios replay in the mind.. and detract from your peace..

and noticing.. what lights you up..

what moments.. what tools.. which people.. bring you into a grounded and safe place..

because it’s okay to put you first.. and the things that light you up.. !

in fact.. venus retrograde and the libra new moon are asking you to..

they’re asking you to look at the relationship with yourself

the relationship that is the foundation of all..

of every seed.. every manifestation..

so today.. simply focus on renewal with your own mind.. with your own peace..

focus on creating a mindset that can aspire to what you desire ✨ balance the scales.. and come home to yourself

who i am today.. is not someone i ever dreamed of being..

most of my life i never believed i would even make it past 30.. yet here i am!

and there wasn’t one single cure all that got me here..

rather a mountain of movements.. of trials.. and many micro shifts…

affirmations alone didn’t heal my hyper vigilance…

gratitude lists didn’t cease my anxiety…

but rather integrating all of my available tools.. as they arrived.. as they were called to fit..

giving myself new environments.. new experiences.. new opportunities..

breathing.. moving.. meditating.. screaming.. stomping..

perspective shifting.. allowing rage to roam.. tears to flow.. joy to beacon..

allowing my self to simply be… giving myself permission.. the permission my body had been waiting for..

you don’t heal overnight.. or in one session…

you heal one simple experience at a time..

what experience will you allow yourself today?

life lately.. has been one big adventure.. and with it has come so much beauty.. but also many lessons ✨

the constant reminder not to push.. but rather pivot..

a reminder to trust the journey.. the universe.. and remember every ‘closed door’ or ‘missed opportunity’ has led me to exactly where i need to be.. to experiencing exactly what i need to experience..

will it all be pleasant? or comfortable? nope… but.. is it still a part of the path…?.. the experience..? yep.

trust it.. don’t get caught in the what didn’t work.. or the what you didn’t get to see..

trust that it brought you exactly the experience your soul.. or human body.. needed right then…

you’ll never miss out on what’s meant for you..
