Hello, All!

I just wanted to check in and share some news and reminders.

First, the reminders: I no longer have my website/online booking system through WIX. If you or someone you know is interested in counseling services, please contact me (Heather) via text (240-378-0818) or email ([email protected]). My practice information is also easily found via a Google search.

Now for the wonderful news!!! There is a new addition to the OHS family! I was lucky enough to help rescue a gorgeous kitten, thanks to the assist by "Queen City Kitties". His name is Shai and he will be co-facilitating therapy sessions with me 😊 He has been fully vaccinated and neutered. If any client has mild allergies, I am able to accommodate that person in sessions by housing Shai in another room.

Much love and be well!
P.S. Yes...he is as sweet as he looks❤️

Hello, All!

I have been doing much less posting here these days and I wanted to pass along something that was just brought to my attention. I did get rid of my old website because most people had been finding out about OHS via word of mouth, FB, and from Google searches. Apparently, when you click the link for my old website, it takes you to a page that is most definitely not mine!

Having said that, if you or someone you know is in need of mental health services, please contact me via text (240-378-0818) or email at [email protected]

Be well!
