Are you carrying tension in your shoulders? Dealing with tight muscles after a long week?
Deep tissue massage might be just what you need! ✨

Unlike a relaxation-focused massage, deep tissue massage uses slower strokes and more focused pressure to work with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It can be a great option for those stubborn areas that need some extra focus!

🌿 Some benefits of deep tissue massage include:
💆🏻‍♀️ Helping ease chronic muscle tension
✨ Targeting specific areas of tightness
🫶🏻 Helping relieve everyday aches and muscular discomfort
🌸 Giving your body some much-needed care and attention

Every body is different, and your massage should be, too! I’ll work with you to find an approach that fits your needs and comfort level.

🤍✨ WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: THE BENEFITS OF SWEDISH MASSAGE! ✨🤍

Need a little time to relax, reset, and recharge? 💆🏻‍♀️ A Swedish massage might be just what your body needs!

Swedish massage is one of the most popular services at Aurora Wellness, and for good reason! Using gentle to moderate pressure and flowing techniques to help you slow down, release tension, and give yourself some much-needed YOU time. 🤍

✨ Some benefits of Swedish massage include:
🌿 Promoting relaxation and stress relief
💆🏻‍♀️ Easing everyday muscle tension
🩷 Supporting circulation
😴 Encouraging better rest and relaxation
🫶🏻 Giving you time to reconnect with your body and unwind
