Hi 👋🏼 This is me, Danna.
If you are new here…welcome!

Owner and physical therapist of Imara Performance, I focus my practice on you- the patient, the whole being. Your symptoms may lead you to PT while I prioritize understanding the cause of the symptoms and preventing reoccurrence.

Over 14 years in the field, I utilize manual therapy techniques combined therapeutic exercise, and re-education for safe and efficient body movement. I am certified in dry needling, specialize in pelvic health for males and females, perform gait analysis with runners/athletes, and evaluate general musculoskeletal issues we all often face.

As a runner myself, girl mom, and volunteer high school girls xc and track coach, it is a gift to combine my professional knowledge with my personal passions in our community. Thanks for being here!💚
