It's been a little over a year since we've moved locations, and boy, what a year it's been! We're so grateful to continue providing Custer with quality cannabis care! We love our 'new' location and hope you do too. Shoutout to our supportive and loyal customers; none of this is possible without you guys! ❤️‍🔥✨🌱

Today is the day to send those emails urging your representatives to vote NO on HB 1065! Find your representatives and their contact information at https://sdlegislature.gov/legislators/find or text our team at (605) 301-0551 for assistance.

If this bill becomes law, patients without their card in hand—or those waiting for a renewed card—could be charged under South Dakota’s outdated drug laws. Affirmative defense is not a get out jail free card, it simply protects legitimate patients from becoming criminals due to delays or hardship. 70% of South Dakotans voted to allow medical cannabis. Patients who follow the rules should not face felony charges because of bureaucratic obstacles.

Please be kind and respectful in your emails, do not use curse words or derogatory language!

This bill will be up for a vote TOMORROW!
Tomorrow, help us flood the House Floor by calling the capitol at (605) 773-3851 and leave a message for your representatives.
