Meet Pat from the Glebe! It’s crazy that he’s been training with us for almost 10 years.
Patrick grew up watching Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers, which led his parents to sign him up for karate. Turns out, they were onto something. 20 years later, he’s a 4th-degree black belt and a CSEP-certified trainer.
Now, his goal is to help people find the fun in fitness so it never feels like a chore!
