I’ve been in the office seeing patients all day, and I realized I hadn’t done much moving around. So I decided to step outside, get some fresh air, and check on my garden!
But I also wanted to share something that’s been on my heart lately.
I am SO encouraged by the number of people who are ready to take their health seriously.
Not just looking for another quick fix and not expecting one pill to solve everything overnight.
But genuinely wanting to understand their bodies, make sustainable changes, and improve their long-term health.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, that means so much to me.
And here’s your reminder that improving your health doesn’t always require doing something big.
Sometimes it’s getting outside after a long workday, taking a short walk, enjoying some natural light, or just making time to move your body.
Those small, consistent habits matter.
To everyone who has an upcoming appointment with me, I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
And to everyone else, when was the last time you stepped outside just to enjoy a little fresh air?
P.S. My garden clearly didn’t get the memo that it’s October! 😂🌱
