It is believed that the fire (internal heat or “tapas”) that you build during this practice is cleansing, detoxifying, and gets you more in touch with yourself.

This practice is linked to the ancient Yogic belief that 108 is a sacred number. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, mind, and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing a change.

Two opportunities in August to relax and renew with me at Oso!

This 75 minute class will consist of a handful of prop-supported postures that promote physical, mental and emotional relaxation, through breath awareness and meditation. While resting in easeful yoga poses you will receive the full benefits of Reiki to help calm the mind and awaken the parasympathetic nervous system for optimal relaxation and restoration. Leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease with a great sense of well-being.

All bodies are welcome, no prior experience necessary.
