Do you know what it’s like to not want to?
Weird question right?

I’ve treated my IBD with herbs and began to discover I can relinquish most symptoms with my own herbal preparations. While that is a great triumph, I still failed to get the nutrition my body needed to heal 🥺 which most of us struggle with!
