Please join us in welcoming Rene Sauerteig, our new Chief Executive Officer at Pearl Street! Rene has hit the ground running and has been spending time getting to know our practice teams across the region. People are what it is all about!

Rene brings over 20 years of experience leading Dental Support Organizations of all sizes and stages across 20+ states. His focus is simple: support our Partner Doctors and team members so they can do what they do best, delivering top-quality dental care to their communities.

Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Rene holds a double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He believes strongly in the power of relationships to drive both personal and business success, and he's honored (and looking forward to having some fun) as he steps into this role.

Outside of work, Rene has been married to his wife Emily for over 20 years, and together they have two children, Hannah and RJ, both dedicated tennis players. On weekends, the family often travels to tennis tournaments across Texas and the Southeast. Rene also loves early morning workouts, international travel, and a good mind-clearing walk.

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Lincoln Harris and RipeGlobal to host their Rapid Efficient Treatment Planning program for 50+ of our doctors this past weekend in Dallas. Continuing education is so important, and we are always learning!

Last week, we welcomed our newest graduate doctors to Dallas for two days of continuing education, leadership development, and connection as they learned more about Pearl Street Dental Partners and built relationships with one another. 🦷

From there, they headed to Mexico for their dental mission trip, a powerful reminder that dentistry is about so much more than clinical excellence. It's about serving others and investing in people. Stay tuned for updates!

This month's in-person meeting took us to McLane Stadium, where we were welcomed onto the campus that David and Ashley once called home!

There's something special about stepping away from our day-to-day routines to connect, collaborate, and look ahead together. Grateful for a team that continues to grow, support one another, and make every gathering meaningful.
