🇺🇸 Veterans — Welcome Back to Symbios!

We’re excited to share that Veterans can once again receive specialized VA Community Care services with the trusted provider team at Symbios Plus Behavioral Health.

Our commitment remains the same: providing high-quality, compassionate, personalized care for your mental and physical health needs.

Returning to Symbios through VA Community Care?

Speak with your VA Mental Health Provider or Primary Care Provider (P*P) and let them know you would like to request a Community Care referral to Symbios. Eligibility is determined by the VA based on factors including your healthcare needs, service availability, access and wait times, and your medical best interest.

We’re also pleased to offer expanded mental health treatment options, including:

• Spravato® (esketamine nasal spray) — an FDA-approved treatment option for certain patients with treatment-resistant depression.

• Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) — a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment option for certain individuals experiencing depression.

Treatment eligibility is determined individually by the appropriate clinical team.

Start by contacting your VA P*P or mental health team and requesting a Community Care referral to Symbios. Once your referral is approved, our team can help you with the next steps.
