When we started reimagining RedBird, one of the biggest questions was simple: what does this community actually need?

Good health care, close to home, was at the top of the list.

Four years ago, UT Southwestern Medical Center opened their doors here, and I am so proud every time I drive past that building. Primary care, cardiology, cancer care, imaging, a pharmacy, etc. the same doctors people use to drive downtown to see are now right here off 67.

Southern Dallas deserves the best, and having UT Southwestern on our site means our neighbors don’t have to go far to get it.

Thank you UT Southwestern Medical Center for believing in this side of town with us. Here’s to many more years.
