Catapult Health empowers individuals to improve their health. Hidden health challenges can be devastating if not discovered and addressed.

At Catapult Health, we believe healthcare delivery takes too long, it costs too much, and it’s extremely inconvenient. It’s no secret that 80% of Americans skip or avoid their annual wellness checkup with their doctor. And without an annual exam to discover silent or poorly treated medical problems, disease progresses undetected and unmanaged. So we created something better! America's first in-home health checkup, VirtualCheckup and our worksite checkup solutions. VirtualCheckup is a simple at-home testing combined with a face-to-face video consultation with a licensed Nurse Practitioner, all done at a time and in a location chosen by you. There’s never been an easier health checkup. Over 1,000,000 people served!

Our 2nd Annual Mini Golf Tournament was a hit! ⛳

This May, we brought fun and creativity to Catapult with our second annual mini golf showdown!

From carnival-themed trick shots to ocean-themed obstacles, our teams let their imaginations run wild — and their competitive sides came out to play.

It was a friendly face-off full of laughs, teamwork, and just the right touch of rivalry. We’re already looking forward to next year’s round!

Happy Thanksgiving from our team at Catapult Health! This holiday, we gathered for our annual CataThanksgiving Potluck, and wow—our team is full of amazing cooks!

This tradition isn’t just about the delicious food (though it’s hard to ignore). It’s a time to come together, share laughter, and reflect on how thankful we are for the incredible people who make up our CataFamily.

To our team: We’re truly thankful for each of you! The dedication, care, and energy you bring each and every day is inspiring.

Happy Thanksgiving season from all of us at Catapult Health!

This week, we join the nation in celebrating Nurse Practitioner Appreciation Week, but at Catapult, our appreciation for our amazing NP team goes far beyond one week alone. ❤️

Our nurse practitioners are the heart and soul of Catapult Health, making a profound impact through their compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to patient care. They inspire individuals to take ownership of their health while delivering personalized, life-changing insights that genuinely make a difference.

They change lives daily!

As we reflect on the past year, we remember the countless moments—both significant and small—when our NPs went above and beyond to make a difference. Whether it involved having a heartfelt conversation, providing encouragement, or dedicating extra time to ensure someone fully understands their health, their efforts truly stand out and inspire us!

To our NPs: Thanks for being the heartbeat of Catapult Health. Your work doesn't just improve lives; it changes them.

We had a fantastic time at the Caring Foundation of Texas Watch Party and Casino Night!

Our team had a blast cheering on the Cowboys and supporting a cause that means a lot to us. The Caring Foundation of Texas works hard to ensure families across Texas can access preventive healthcare by addressing barriers like cost, transportation, and time constraints. They bring medical services directly into communities that need them the most.

We're thrilled to be table sponsors for this wonderful event and to support the Texas Care Van program, which offers critical services at no cost to qualifying families.

Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of more Texans, helping them live happier and healthier lives.

This week, we’re still celebrating our coverage of all 50 States!

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without our lab professionals’ incredible dedication, expertise, and teamwork. Their tireless work behind the scenes ensures that millions nationwide can access fast, reliable, and comprehensive preventive care through our Onsite and Home Kit programs.

A special shoutout to our entire lab team for their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency every single day. Their efforts are truly making a difference in preventive healthcare nationwide.

Thank you!!

We’re excited to share a significant milestone for Catapult Health!

With our recent addition of a clinical laboratory permit from the New York State Department of Health, our in-house laboratory can now process blood samples from anywhere in the U.S. This means more people can access preventive care—right from their home or the office—through Catapult Health.

Our goal has always been to make healthcare simple and accessible for everyone, and this is another step toward fulfilling that mission. We’re proud to continue improving how we help individuals stay healthy, no matter where they are.

Check out our press release below for more details on what this means for the future of preventive care.

What an incredible experience cheering on our very own Lee Dukes, VP of Clinical Outcomes, as he represented the USA at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Gothenburg, Sweden!

We gathered for breakfast, fueled up, and sent all our good vibes across the ocean as Lee competed in the Men's 70 Steeplechase.

Moments like these remind us how special our team really is—supporting each other in and out of the office and celebrating the unique passions that make us who we are.

Congrats, Lee! We're so proud of you! 👏
