For those of you who are new here, hi! I'm Bailey!

I'm a mom of two, personal trainer, fitness coach, and the founder of WellMamas. 🫶

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but becoming a mom completely changed the way I approached health and wellness.

Because suddenly, finding time to work out, eat well, and take care of myself wasn't so simple anymore. Between raising two kids, running a business, and the never-ending mental load of motherhood, I realized just how easy it is for moms to put themselves last.

That's exactly why I created WellMamas.

I wanted to build something that made taking care of yourself feel DOABLE again. Not another restrictive diet, unrealistic workout plan, or one more thing to add to your already overflowing to-do list.

Just simple, effective workouts, realistic nutrition, and healthy habits that actually fit into your life.

Because I genuinely believe that becoming a mom shouldn't mean losing yourself in the process.

You deserve to feel strong. You deserve to feel confident. You deserve to have energy for your kids AND yourself. And you shouldn't have to overhaul your entire life to get there.

That's what WellMamas is all about, and it's why I'm so passionate about what I do.

So whether you've been here since the beginning or you're brand new, I'm so glad you're here. 🤍

If you've been waiting for a sign to start prioritizing yourself again, consider this it.

Comment PROGRAM and let's get you started. 🫶

Every problem you tell me about my brain answers “have you tried lifting weights and eating fiber?” I’m working on it. But also, have you?

I refuse to believe becoming a mom meant I had to become less of me.

I can be deeply present with my kids
and still want more for myself.

I can be grateful for this life
and still have really big goals.

I can pour into them
and still make time to pour into me.

I can love being their mom more than anything in the world…
and still love the woman I am outside of motherhood.

For a long time, I think we’ve been sold this idea that something has to give.

That if you’re ambitious, you’re missing something at home.
If you prioritize your body, you’re taking time away from your family.
If you want more, you must not be grateful for what you already have.

I don’t believe that anymore. My kids don’t need to watch me disappear into motherhood.

I want them to watch me love them fiercely AND work hard for things that matter to me. Take care of my body. Chase ideas that scare me a little. Get back up when things don’t work. Keep becoming.

Not because I need to “do it all", but because motherhood and ambition were never supposed to be opposites.

I get to be a really good mom and I get to want a really big life, too. 🤎

I'll be honest with you. I want to fix it for every single one of you.

No time? Let's find some. Not seeing results? Let's figure out why. Overwhelmed? Let's make it simpler.

But I can't show up for you. Only you can do that.

And if you keep falling off, it's probably not your motivation. It's your bar. If a workout only "counts" when it's 45 minutes and perfect, you've made it really easy to quit.

So lower it. A 20-minute walk counts. Three sets count. One workout this week counts.

Motivation shows up AFTER you do, not before. 🤍

Tell me in the comments: what's the smallest version of showing up that still counts for you this week? I'll be cheering you on. 👇

Save this for the next Monday you want to start over.

Sometimes all you need is a little extra accountability 😂

Because knowing what to do and feeling like doing it some days are two very different things.

Anyone else find that a little extra accountability is sometimes exactly the push you need? 😂

After babies, I wasn’t just trying to “get my abs back.” I wanted my core to actually feel strong again.

More supported through my middle. More confident in my clothes, and yes...I wanted my stomach to look a little flatter too. We’re allowed to say that. 😂

Doing more crunches or squeezing in some ridiculous 60-minute ab workout wasn’t the answer.

It was learning how to actually train my core again and finding workouts I could consistently fit into my very-not-consistent life.

That’s a huge part of why I created WellMamas.

Quick, effective workouts you can actually fit into your day + simple meal plans so you’re not standing in the kitchen at 5pm wondering what everyone is going to eat. Again.
