Not every aging face needs a full facelift. Sometimes, the neck is the problem.
Early jowling, loose skin, fullness beneath the chin, and platysma bands can begin to blur the jawline—even when the rest of the face still looks relatively youthful.
For the right patient, an isolated neck lift offers a more focused approach.
Depending on the anatomy, treatment may include:
✨ Liposuction to reduce unwanted neck fullness
✨ Platysma tightening to improve deeper support
✨ Removal and redraping of loose skin
✨ Refinement of early jowling and the jawline
The goal isn’t to make the neck look tight or “done.”
It’s to restore a cleaner transition between the chin, jawline, and neck while keeping the result natural and true to the patient’s identity.
This can also be an especially appealing option for men who want a stronger, more defined jawline without unnecessarily treating areas of the face that don’t need surgery.
Our newest blog explains isolated neck lift surgery, neck lift vs. liposuction, early jowling, platysma tightening, male neck rejuvenation, and when a full facelift may—or may not—be necessary.
