Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3), an award-winning, physician-led cardiology practice serving the Dallas and Rockwall-area communities, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team!

Why consider this opportunity?

$140,000–$150,000 annual salary

Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–3 PM

Primarily outpatient care with light inpatient rounding

Work alongside an experienced cardiology team

Access to advanced cardiovascular imaging and diagnostic technology

Productivity-based bonus opportunity

Competitive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and a 401(k) with employer match

📍 Locations: Dallas and Heath, TX, with weekly clinic rotation and hospital rounding in the surrounding area.

Qualifications: An active Texas license, at least five years of cardiology or internal medicine experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. AGACNP certification is required for Nurse Practitioner candidates.
