We're excited to introduce something new at Prana Lotus Awakening — a monthly workshop series created especially for curious young minds ages 10–14!

Mystical Explorers is about so much more than crystals and moon magic. It's about encouraging children to discover their own strengths, build confidence, understand their feelings, recognize healthy boundaries, and make thoughtful decisions.

Through fun, age-appropriate conversations and hands-on activities, we'll explore fascinating metaphysical subjects while connecting them to everyday life.

There's something beautiful about beginning your morning with intention, stillness, and a little time dedicated entirely to yourself.

Our Saturday Morning Guided Meditation sessions are designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, quiet your mind, release the stress of the week, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace and balance.

Through gentle guidance, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, you'll be invited into a calming experience that allows you to slow down, become present, and begin your weekend feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.

These sessions are intentionally designed to be beginner-friendly. You don't need any previous experience, special skills, or knowledge of meditation. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to give yourself a little time to just be.
