💊 PHARMACY CHANGES
If you need to change your preferred pharmacy, please make sure this is done on the same day as your appointment. This helps ensure prescriptions are sent to the correct pharmacy without unnecessary delays.

📅 NO-SHOW FEE
Please remember that our no-show fee is $50.00.

If you miss an appointment and need to reschedule, the $50 no-show fee must be paid when you come in for your rescheduled appointment.

💳 ACCOUNT BALANCES
Please be mindful of outstanding balances. Balances must be $300 or less to be seen. Payment arrangements can be made through our billing office.

📱 TEXTING IS AVAILABLE!
Did you know you can text the same number you call to reach our office? You can use texting to communicate with our staff regarding questions, appointments, or other office needs.

📢 Important Office Announcement

✨ Exciting News! ✨

We’re pleased to announce the implementation of our new automated prescription refill assistant, Bellie!

Bellie allows patients to conveniently submit prescription refill requests through our automated phone system. Refill requests are sent directly to Dr. Shroff for review and authorization. Most prescription refills are processed within 24–48 business hours.

In addition, patients can now text our office using the same phone number they use to call us. While we strive to return all voicemails within 24–48 business hours, text messages may allow us to respond more quickly in many cases.

These enhancements are part of our continued commitment to improving communication and providing a more convenient, efficient experience for our patients.
