This past week I was fortunate enough to take part in a truly amazing experience. This was more than just entertainment, this was an experience with purpose fueled by hope. This Festival was an integration of beautiful culture from the Blackfoot people, these people are beautiful and so welcoming of everyone. Firekeeper Alliance and Fire In The Mountains have curated such an amazing experience to spread awareness and to help others, to also give a real sense of community for those who feel like they have none.

🌸 Celebrating Women’s Strength, Health, and History 🌸

This Women’s History Month, we’re honoring the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere — including the women who trust us with their health every day.

I believe women deserve care that truly listens. From hormone health and weight management to primary care and preventative wellness, my mission is simple: help women feel strong, energized, and supported in every stage of life.

Women spend so much time caring for others. This month is a reminder that your health matters too.

✨ If you've been dealing with:
• Fatigue or brain fog
• Hormone imbalance
• Weight that won’t budge
• Low energy or poor sleep

You don’t have to push through it alone. Your body deserves answers—and care that takes you seriously.

💙 This month, we celebrate the women who inspire us every day: our patients, mothers, sisters, daughters, colleagues, and leaders.

Here’s to strong women — past, present, and future.

Helping you feel your best.

Menopause isn’t just hot flashes.

It can show up as anxiety.
As brain fog.
As insomnia.
As mood swings that don’t feel like you.

It can look like bloating, loss of libido, or panic attacks — and many women don’t realize hormones may be playing a role.

If you feel like your body changed overnight, you’re not imagining it.

You’re not dramatic.
You’re not weak.
And you’re not alone.

At Valor Medical, we take a personalized, evidence-based approach to hormone health — because symptom relief starts with understanding the root cause.

Most health plans don’t fail —
they’re never built to be followed.

Generic advice. No structure. No accountability.

At Valor Medical, we lay out clear protocols, explain the why, and build in personal accountability — so plans actually get done.
