Aggie Mental Health Each Aggie Matters is UC Davis' Mental Health Movement uniting the campus community in an open and affirming dialogue about mental health.

The Each Aggie Matters Movement was founded in 2014 through a collaborative partnership with Each Mind Matters, California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA), and Proposition 63, the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). This Movement brings together students, staff and faculty to collectively raise awareness, de-stigmatize mental illness and cultivate mental health as a state of flourishing.

Here’s what you needed to hear today:

1. I am capable of handling whatever today brings.
2. I trust myself and my decisions.
3. I am making progress, even when it feels small.
4. I deserve good things and new opportunities.
5.I do not need to have everything figured out today.
6. I am confident in who I am and what I bring to the table.
7. I can take things one step at a time.
8. I am allowed to rest without feeling guilty.
9. I choose to focus on what I can control.
10. I am becoming the person I want to be.
11. Today is a fresh start, and I am ready for it.
