A few everyday habits that can help support healthy bones include:
🚶 Staying active with regular walking or gentle strength-building activities
🥛 Choosing foods that provide calcium, protein and vitamin D
☀️ Spending safe time outdoors to support vitamin D levels
🩺 Knowing your personal and family health history
💬 Speaking with a healthcare professional about bone health, medications and individual risk factors
💪 Supporting bone health can also help support strength, balance, mobility and independence over time.
