October 15 is Global Handwashing Day!

One of the simplest ways to protect yourself and those around you is also one of the most effective: washing your hands with soap and water.

Remember to scrub for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating, after using the restroom, and after coughing or sneezing.

Small habits can make a big difference in preventing the spread of germs and keeping our communities healthier. 💙

Effective treatment is available, and reaching out for support can make a difference. If you have concerns about your mental health, talk with your healthcare provider.
