**Myth:** The flu shot gives you the flu.
**Truth:** It can't — the shot uses an inactivated virus. If you feel achy afterward, that's just your immune system doing its job.

**Myth:** Healthy people don't need vaccines.
**Truth:** Even healthy people can spread illness to those who can't fight it off — grandparents, babies, neighbors going through chemo.

**Myth:** Vaccines were "rushed" and aren't safe.
**Truth:** Today's vaccines went through years of testing and have decades of safety research behind them.

Chromium is a trace mineral that plays a role in how our bodies use carbohydrates, fats, and insulin.

You can find chromium naturally in foods such as whole grains, meats, broccoli, and some fruits and vegetables. While chromium supplements are sometimes marketed for blood sugar, cholesterol, or weight management, more isn’t necessarily better, and supplementation isn’t appropriate for everyone.
