Scorpio sun. I believe everything we need is within & comes from a higher power. We have become so disconnected as a society that we forget that. We look outside of ourselves and then we hit a breaking point. For me, that breaking point came in 2017ish and again in 2019 and it's been quite the journey since. Through the years of navigating motherhood, career, loss/grief, divorce, homeschool and everything in between, I had the revelation that my purpose is to live ON PURPOSE & in the present as much as possible and to help lead others to do the same through a variety of modalities to include movement, intuitive energy healings, journaling, creating, community, meditation, soul care, classes, & workshops.

*Guiding women to trust their inner wisdom, embrace authenticity, and cultivate intentional living through the transformational mix of movement, mindfulness and self love.*

This practice is about remembering and returning. Quality over quantity. We are building community, connection & authentic expression in my classes and offerings. To be seen. To feel held. Join us.

Conversations I have had repeatedly with women the last several weeks....

“I am exhausted...”
“Something’s got to give...”
“I don’t know what to do or where to turn. I can’t be alone in this...”

I am hearing the same things over and over...hell, I’m saying the same things every other day too...

I am a person who dives to the depths; it’s how I’m wired and so I often will have conversations or initiate conversations that many avoid. Avoidance, in my experience, will eventually implode everything around.... and it can’t last forever. Being vulnerable.... and from there connection happens... is what makes us human. We are wired for connection, community and to know we are all going through similar things.

Yes, it is true ... gas prices are outrageous, groceries are ridiculous (personally, many months I have to meal plan to the dollar), and nothing feels certain (except my faith)...

All this said, it’s one of the reasons I created Soul Speaks: Her Stories at Time to Be Present Wellness Women’s Event - so that a small number of women who are looking for that connection, community, hope, faith and to know they’re not alone... it’s where we gather, we witness, we listen, we connect. One woman’s story can help inspire you, move you, and maybe even help you move through something challenging in your own life. Nothing is required of you - just an open mind and willingness to witness.
