At Loosen Up Massage Studio, bodywork goes beyond simply feeling good—it’s about addressing the tension, pain, and patterns your body has been carrying.

From deep tissue and corrective massage to Thai massage and cupping, every session is tailored to what your body needs in that moment. 🤍

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stubborn tension, or simply know your body is asking for something different, we’re here to meet you there.

COME EXPERIENCE a 60 minutes · Intuitive Bodywork + Energy Work
This is more than a massage.

A deeply intuitive session where bodywork meets energy, allowing your body to guide the experience. Pressure may be deep or gentle. The work may feel like deep tissue, Swedish, or something entirely its own.

There is no agenda for what you should release.
Sometimes it’s tension. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s a story your body has been holding long after you were ready to put it down.
You don’t have to force anything. You simply have to allow.

I am not here to fix you or tell your body what it needs. I am the channel, creating space for you to listen inward—to soften, feel, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Your body already knows the way. This is simply a space to meet yourself there.

Out of office until Monday ❤️ (8/24/26)

While I’m away, Kat is your girl and will be your main point of contact for anything you need at Loosen Up.

Brenda, Lisa & Mason are all available and taking appointments, so you’re still in very good hands.

I’m checking out for a few days and trusting my team to do what they do best.

See you Monday!
