Koa is a sweet girl. Spayed, house broke, super well trained. Shes like a cat and loves to snuggle. Small for the breed at 42 lbs.

She doesnt take off and is fantastic with kids

Beef shanks, how the heck do we use these???

My family on the Italian side has been cooking this dish for decades!

The word ossobuco (or osso buco) translates to "bone with a hole" in Italian, referring to the cross-cut veal shank with its marrow-filled center.

Peasant Beginnings: Local farmers and families used inexpensive, tough cuts of meat like veal shank, transforming them through slow braising into a tender meal!

Our grass finished shanks with homemade red w**e and local veggies really shined for dinner!

Fun fact: Tino worked his way up in many restaurants from dishwasher to Chef. He started working in a kitchen as soon as he turned 14 and now he uses that knowledge to help customers use every cut and offer unique cuts and recipes that most farms aren't aware of !

Our girl Cana had a beautiful litter last night! We do much more than just the farm. We both work full time and offer some of the best hiking and hunting pals in the country! Pure bred registered German Shorthaired Pointers! We have some not spoken for, and they go home at 8 weeks!
