Who do you trust? Trust has gotten complicated.

There’s so much noise now. Doctors, influencers, supplements, AI, friends, podcasts, TikTok, everyone has an opinion.

That’s why I keep coming back to your data, your symptoms, your history, and what is actually happening in your body.

Bloodwork isn’t the whole answer, but it gives us something real to start with. Then we put it into context instead of guessing.

And yes, this is exactly why I’m putting together the free at-home blood test + one-hour review with me. 🩸

If you want the details, DM me “BLOODWORK.”

Ferritin is one of the first numbers I want to see when a woman tells me she’s exhausted, losing hair, feeling cold, dizzy, or suddenly struggling through workouts.

Lately I’ve been seeing **a lot of really low ferritin**, and I speak from experience because I’ve struggled with low ferritin myself for years. For a long time, I had no idea how much it could be contributing to my exhaustion and how hard my workouts felt.

Ferritin is essentially your **stored iron**, and when those reserves get depleted, it can affect energy, exercise tolerance, hair growth and much more.

But the bigger question is: **why is it low?**

Some of the most common reasons I look at are heavy menstrual or GI blood loss, poor absorption from things like celiac or H. pylori, restrictive or low-iron diets, increased demands from pregnancy or endurance training, and medications that may contribute to blood loss, or reduced absorption from leaky gut.

I’ve worked really hard to identify the root causes of my own low ferritin and support it from multiple angles. This is one marker I do not brush off, and I don’t think the answer is always simply, “take more iron.”

**Go pull up your last labs. Do you know your ferritin?** 🩸

Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and still being told everything looks “normal”? DM me “BLOODWORK.” I’m giving away an at-home blood test + a full one-hour review with me.

No offense, AG1. It just didn’t work for me. This is what I see all the time. Tell me I’m not the only one.😂

You can’t guess your way through this.

I’m a big proponent of checking bloodwork regularly, often around every six months depending on the person, because once you actually understand what your numbers are doing, so much starts to make more sense.

Your symptoms make more sense. Your nutrition becomes more targeted. Your supplements become more targeted. You stop randomly trying things and hoping something sticks.

The problem is, most people get bloodwork done and nobody really explains it to them.

That’s exactly why I’m getting ready to give away an at-home blood test + a full one-hour review with me, where we’ll actually sit down and go through the results together.

If this is something you’d be interested in, let me know below. 👀🩸

Test, don’t guess. Once you understand your bloodwork, it gets a whole lot easier to know what to do next.

If the basics are off, digestion, absorption, blood sugar, thyroid, iron status, inflammation, sleep, stress, nutrient status, your body may not even be in a place to use all those supplements the way you think it is.

This is where I think a lot of practitioners miss the mark. They jump straight to a supplement protocol before really looking at the bloodwork, health history, symptoms, medications, diet, lifestyle, and what the body may actually need first.

You can throw 10, 15, 20 supplements at someone and still get nowhere if the foundation underneath it is a mess.

I’d rather figure out why your body is struggling, what needs to be supported first, and then use supplements in a targeted way.

Because a supplement cabinet full of bottles is not the same thing as a plan.

Not just hand you a report. We’ll look at what was tested, what the markers mean, what stands out, and how it may connect with what you’ve been experiencing.

I’m working out the final details now, but I’ll be sharing everything very soon.
If you’ve ever been told “your labs are normal” and still had questions, this is for you. 👀

You can spend a fortune on your health and still not understand what’s going on in your own body. That’s the problem.

You should know what your labs mean, why you’re taking what you’re taking, what you’re actually working on, and what the plan is.

If you leave an appointment with more supplements but no more clarity, something is missing.
