This patient had been over-injected with fat by a local plastic surgeon. 👀The fat graft was asymmetric and became very hard, lumpy, and visible through the skin. The only way to correct this is surgically.

Using a lower blepharoplasty approach, I was able to remove the encapsulated fat and sculpt the remaining area without creating a hollow appearance.🙂‍↕️🤝

The goal isn’t more volume
It’s a flat, natural contour that blends into the rest of the face.
