We have 4 birth suites (fire, water, earth, and air) at our Denver birth center.

Each suite has 1 birth tub, 1 full bathroom, and 1 queen bed.

In each suite we have lots of birth tools like ladders, slings, birth balls, and peanut balls.

Each suite gives you control of their temperature, lighting, and scent with aromatherapy so you can feel at home.

In addition to where you give birth, we have a classroom space where we host educational classes and feeding groups, 2 rooms for pre and postnatal visits with the midwives, a kitchen space for meals, and gathering area.

Want to see the space and amenities for yourself? Book a tour using the link in the comments.

A natural birth doesn't mean you have to suffer. We offer our patients pain management tools such as nitrous, hydrotherapy, and heat. To learn more about the tools we use to support you doing labor, head to the FAQ page of our website linked in the comments.

It’s National Midwifery Week, and have to take moment to appreciate the midwives who make CB&W what it is.

To our team:
Thank you for listening to our expecting parents.
For staying calm when things get intense during labor.
For trusting the process while knowing when to step in.
And for caring for the whole person, not just the pregnancy.

We’re incredibly grateful for the midwives on our team and for midwives everywhere who continue to show families what thoughtful, relationship-centered care can look like.

There will always be someone with an opinion about how you should give birth, feed your baby, recover, sleep, parent, etc.

You don't owe everyone an explanation.

Ask questions, get informed, and connect with your care team. This will help you make the choices that feel right for you and your family.

Your birth isn't a group project.

Send this to your friends who are expecting.

Welcome to our Fire birth suite! People choose this room because it feels warm, cozy, and cavelike.

Like our other birth suites, you will find a big bed, spacious birth tub, ladder, sling, shower, bathroom, and other comfort tools.

If you're considered a low risk pregnancy, you can transfer to our care to give birth up to 32 weeks. We do take insurance, but even out of pocket costs compare to a hospital. Connect with us using the link in our bio to ask questions or book a tour.

Fellow birth professionals, what's another you would add to the list?
