🦋 A little visitor at exactly the right time.

Today a Common Buckeye came to visit 🥺

With its unmistakable eyespots, they symbolize awareness, protection, adaptability, survival, and transformation. Like all butterflies, it reminds us that change is part of becoming but those watchful eyes remind me that transformation also requires discernment.

Lately, there has been a lot of noise around me and then this little being appeared. I’m choosing to receive it as a reminder to see clearly, trust, protect my energy and adapt. You do not have to react to everything that tries to get your attention.

Sometimes growth means realizing that you don’t need to defend yourself against every version of you that exists in someone else’s story and perhaps the message I needed most today was simply to keep going. Not everything watching you deserves your attention.

Today’s affirmation:
I know who I am.
I know my intentions.
I know where my heart is.
