Atlantis Community, Inc. may have funding available to help eligible individuals with qualifying disabilities involving paralysis transition from a hospital to home.

Qualifying conditions include, but are not limited to:
-Stroke
-Spinal cord injury
-Cerebral palsy
-Multiple sclerosis (MS)

Need help applying for benefits assistance? Benefits assistance is free, one-on-one help with the public programs that support people with disabilities, such as Social Security (SSI and SSDI), Medicaid, SNAP, and housing assistance.

We offer a Benefits Assistance Lab. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00PM – 3:00PM at 201 S. Cherokee St., Denver, CO 80223.

We will also have a community alter representing Dia de los Mu***os to honor those in the community who have passed.
