October's Recipe of the Month is all about calm: a cozy Golden Milk Latte. 🍵🍃

Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk of choice
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp honey
• Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:
Warm the milk over low heat, whisk in all ingredients, and heat until steaming (do not boil). Pour, sip, and unwind.
