my love of food/cooking will always include being able to create with the youth 🍴 I had the opportunity to get in the kitchen and teach these high schoolers one of The Real Wealth🔑 recipes for Quinoa stir fry w/ oyster mushrooms 🔑 all of them tried quinoa and oyster mushrooms for the first time 👏🏿

What is a binder? Why do you need to take a binder while doing a parasite cleanse?

We talked about this and more a few months ago in our community discussion on cleansing.

This is just a shortened version of the information I posted over on TikTok about the different type of binders.

It’s not unusual to feel very sick and distorted during a detox if you’re not going about it the right way.

this past Friday, we participated in a cooking flash challenge round to get professional feedback from chefs and work out our pre nerves by making a 20 min meal w/ a special ingredient 🔑✨

cooking competitions have always excited me from the time I was a lil Kei watching the food network’s IronChef and Chopped. opportunities like this continue to fuel my passion for food and tbh, I’m grateful for a refocus & inspiration! building a business is not easy! if it were everyone would do it — but seeing so many women in action living out their creative dreams whether it’s front of house or back of house, really gave breath to this challenging road.
