The simple version for SEMO summers 🏖️:

Swap heavy moisturizer for a lightweight formula

Keep your SPF 50 and actually reapply it 🧴

Scale back layered actives if your skin feels reactive

Double cleanse at night to remove SPF and sweat properly 🧼

Add a vitamin C serum in the morning alongside your SPF

Stay hydrated inside and out 💧
