Join our first daylong retreat on May 5th!
Surrounded by Spring in full splendor, enjoy a day of mindfulness practice at beautiful Madison Fields. There will be periods of seated meditation, moving meditation, mindful eating, nature walks, and animal encounters throughout the day, all centered around values of connection and growth and guided by a diverse and experienced team of facilitators.
